Photography

Standard Session — $300

Interior and exterior photography. Around twenty-five images. Delivered next-day.

Clean, natural editing. MLS-ready.

Aerial Add-On — $150

Drone photography that gives buyers context — shoreline, distance, orientation, light.

Floor Plans & Virtual Tour — $0.10/sq ft

Handled by my local partner through iGuide. Includes a 3D walkthrough and a 2D floor plan.

Minimum $175.

Listing Copy

Rewrite — $250

A clear, grounded story for the listing. Two to three hundred words. One round of edits.

Full Story — $500

Listing copy plus short caption sets for social and a short email-ready version.

ADD-ONS

Virtual Staging — $50/photo

Light, intentional staging that keeps rooms believable.

Notes

Prices exclude taxes. I review market rates periodically to stay aligned with local standards.

Travel on Salt Spring is included. Victoria, Duncan, and the other Gulf Islands may incur an additional travel fee.

A day’s notice for cancellations is appreciated.

Photography rates apply to a single structure up to four thousand square feet.

For larger homes, add $125 per additional thousand square feet.
