I’m Brad, a real estate photographer based on Salt Spring Island. I shoot homes and properties in a way that feels grounded, calm, and easy for buyers to understand. The work is shaped by the place I live. My family and I run Glenraven Farm in the Burgoyne Valley, where weather decides the day and light decides the mood. It’s a good reminder that people don’t move here for square footage. They move for space, quiet, and a sense of place. That perspective sits under everything I deliver.
